A springboard, before Medify.

UCAT is a volume game, but volume only pays once technique is in place. Burn through Medify questions before the foundations are built and every wrong answer trains the wrong instinct.

We teach technique first: section logic, decision trees, timing strategy. Once the springboard is built, every Medify hour after that adds real score.

We include Medify because it is the only practice platform that mirrors the live UCAT interface and difficulty. We will not waste the student's time on paper mocks or scraped question banks that train the wrong instincts. One platform, the right one, included in the fee.

Four phases.

  • Calibration. Baseline diagnostic, technique foundations.
  • Accuracy. Per-section drilling, decision trees, elimination logic.
  • Speed. Build under time pressure, section by section.
  • Simulation. Full timed mocks, retrospective debrief.

Timed to the student's sitting date. All content reflects the 2026 exam.

Standalone £1,850 (UCAT, 15h). Included in Integrated £8,850 and Intensive £15,950.

02

Personal statement.

24 hours of structured coaching, paced by the hour.
Peer-reviewed by multiple members of the team.
Built for UCAS's new 3-question format.

From blank page to submitted draft.

The personal statement is the workstream where the student carries the most. Most have never written one before. If the student does not know where to start, we start with them: scaffold the structure, surface the experiences worth writing about, then draft together. We do not hand back a brief and ask for "draft 2."

Motivated students compound the time. If a draft lands quickly, the saved hours redirect to interview prep or shortlist refinement. The four phases run in sequence; the pace flexes per student.

  • Brainstorm. Map what the student has actually done. Raw material before structure.
  • Scaffold. Structure the narrative across UCAS's three questions.
  • Draft. Write together. Voice, evidence, reflection.
  • Polish. Peer review across the team. Line edits. Final proof for submission and interview defence.

Resources included

  • Annotated model statements (Cambridge, Oxford, UCL, Imperial, KCL)
  • Line-by-line analysis: structure, language, reflection technique, admissions signals

Standalone £2,950 (Personal Statement, 24h). Included in Integrated £8,850 and Intensive £15,950.

03

Strategic consultation.

4 UCAS slots in the UK. JUPAS and non-JUPAS choices in Hong Kong.
Each choice is finite; the wrong school wastes the slot.

We work through three lenses:

  • Eligibility: where the student qualifies.
  • Validity: where their UCAT and grades land in range.
  • Conversion: where historical data supports a real offer probability.

Why this beats reading rankings.

Public league tables rank schools by reputation. Fit moves the offer, and the tables do not measure it. Generic overseas consultancies work from the same public information you can find yourself.

Our team has studied at five UK medical schools (Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, UCL, KCL) and applied successfully to HKU and CUHK in Hong Kong, with full scholarships on offer. Going through each application gave us insights public guides do not surface: how rubrics actually weight profiles this year, the interview tone, the unwritten quota rules that filter international applicants. A co-founder previously interviewed MBBS candidates on the KCL admissions panel.

We name the schools where the profile fits. We name the schools where it does not, with reasons.

Standalone £300 (Strategic Consultation, 1h). Included in Integrated £8,850 and Intensive £15,950.

04

Interview Masterclass.

Interview Masterclass is the course that decides offers. Our 93% offer rate is earned here.
30 hours for the UK pathway: 10h Masterclass course + 20h 1:1 peak preparation.
Covers MMI, panel, and Oxbridge formats.

UCAT and the personal statement earn the invite. The interview earns the place. We coach to the rubric schools actually use because our team has assessed candidates from the other side of the panel, with over 500 hours of mock interview coaching delivered since 2022.

There is more medicine interview content online than any applicant can read in a year, most of it outdated. The Masterclass teaches the underlying frameworks. Anything memorised collapses the moment a panel asks something off-list. We tell students what to read, what to skip, and how to think on their feet.

Phase 1 · 10h

Masterclass.

The shared frameworks every applicant needs before walking into a mock room: motivation, medical ethics, NHS knowledge, clinical reasoning. Applies to UK and HK candidates alike.

Phase 2 · 20h

1:1 drilling.

Format-specific work for UK schools. MMI rotations, traditional panels, and Oxbridge academic interviews each on their own track. Scenarios drawn from the current cycle.

Validation

Mock panels.

Mocks scored independently by multiple mentors. Marks reconciled before the student sees feedback. The result is a calibrated panel-grade signal that one person's view cannot match.

HK interview formats (HKU, CUHK, non-JUPAS) are not covered by this product. They are scoped inside Hong Kong Application and Integrated.

Standalone £3,850 (Interview Masterclass, 30h, UK). Included in Integrated £8,850 and Intensive £15,950.

Hong Kong Application.

For applicants targeting Hong Kong only (HKU, CUHK, non-JUPAS), with no UK pathway. The HK equivalent of Integrated, scoped to one market. 30 hours covering personal statements, interviews, and school selection.

What is included

  • HKU personal statement
  • CUHK personal statements (×2 separate pieces)
  • HKU, CUHK, and non-JUPAS interview preparation
  • HK school selection and application strategy
  • WhatsApp access across the application cycle
  • Trilingual delivery (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)

What we know about HK admissions.

Both co-founders applied to HKU and CUHK ourselves, taking full scholarships from both. We coach from that experience.

HK admissions runs on rules public guides barely cover. Interviews swing between Cantonese and English. CV submissions carry weight overseas consultancies often miss. Formatting and deadline rules shift between cycles. Most overseas consultancies cover HK by attending public webinars and repeating what they hear back. We went through the actual process, in two languages, and earned scholarships at the end.

What is not included: UCAT, UK personal statement, UK interview. Applicants pursuing both UK and HK should choose Integrated.

Standalone £3,850 (Hong Kong Application, 30h). Included in Integrated £8,850 and Intensive £15,950.

Integrated.

Complete medicine application across UK and Hong Kong, coordinated end to end. UCAS and JUPAS planned in parallel, with one named mentor making the trade-offs in real time. 80 hours covering every workstream the application asks for.

What is included

  • UCAS and JUPAS / non-JUPAS planned in parallel
  • UK: UCAT (15h) + Personal Statement (24h) + Interview Masterclass (30h)
  • HK: HKU PS + CUHK PS (×2) + HKU/CUHK/non-JUPAS interview prep
  • Strategic consultation across both markets
  • Physical AlphaMED handbooks and Medify UCAT subscription
  • One named mentor with full team peer review
  • WhatsApp access across the entire cycle
  • Trilingual delivery (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)

One mentor, full cycle.

Your named mentor stays with you from the first call through to offers. The same person reviews drafts, runs mocks, takes the WhatsApp messages, and weighs the strategic calls as scores and invites land. By month three they know the application better than you do.

UCAS and JUPAS run in parallel without one cycle eating the other. The mentor sees both calendars and reads which trade-offs each profile demands. The 80 hours flow where the work actually is.

The relationship covers what comes up around the application too: research opportunities, intercalation choices, gap-year decisions. Whatever the cycle throws at you, the mentor is in your corner.

Standalone £8,850 (Integrated, 80h, UK + HK). Saves £3,650 versus buying separately. Also available as Intensive £15,950 with 45 additional flexible hours and priority access.

Intensive.

Everything in Integrated, plus 45 flexible hours, priority scheduling, extended post-offer support, and direct co-founder access. For applicants on compressed timelines or targeting the highest-ranked schools.

Added on top of Integrated

  • 45 additional flexible team hours (125h total), deployed where the student needs depth
  • Priority scheduling across time zones, including out-of-hours
  • Extended post-offer support: firm/insurance, clearing, deferral
  • Direct co-founder access for strategic calls

Built for the highest stakes.

Intensive is the package for applicants targeting Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, KCL, or HKU specifically, where the marginal hour of preparation moves the offer probability. Students who choose it are extremely motivated and willing to put the work in; we match it with sharper personalisation, deeper conversations, and senior-level strategic input on the harder calls.

The 45 extra hours flex to wherever depth is needed. Some go into UCAT retakes. Some into deeper interview drilling. Some into adjacent questions: research opportunities, intercalation choices, longer-term positioning the mentor can read for. Direct co-founder access on the calls where senior judgement matters: which schools to drop after a UCAT result, when a retake makes sense, how to read mid-cycle signals.

Standalone £15,950 (Intensive, 125h, UK + HK). Includes everything in Integrated £8,850 plus 45 flexible hours and priority access.
